On the edge of the Murray River we completed an extension to an existing federation  home. Designed by K + ARchitects it included a new open concept living/dining/kitchen, laundry, master bedroom/ensuite & study. Designed to take in as much of the river views and lush grounds as possible, ceiling height glass is a major element of this home bringing in sunlight, the warmth of which is being held by polished concrete floors. 

A shared double entry-way brings together the original home with the new. Entering the new kitchen your eye is drawn to the warmth of the angled timber cladded ceiling. 

Barestone wall panels & render subtly work together on the external to give a contemporary finish that sits well in the homes serene surrounds.
