We are seeking a highly competent Office Co-ordinator/ Bookkeeper to join our team at MS Constructions.
You will need to be a mature minded individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, be confident in your abilities and work well under pressure.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Client Liaison – Reception + Answering Office Phone Calls
-
Email Management (Including The Processing Of Large Volumes Of Emails Daily)
-
Financial Management – Accounts Payable + Accounts Receivable + Liaising With Accountant
-
Bank Reconciliations
-
Weekly Payroll, and ensuring our compliance with awards and other legal requirements

Monthly and Quarterly BAS preparation
-

Maintaining Databases And Registers (Tenders, Projects, Assets)
-
Managing Of Insurances, Registrations And Subscriptions
-
Achieve Individual And Company KPI’s
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
-
Competent With Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook) Intermediate Level

Purchasing And Admin Experience In A Construction-Based Company Or Similar Field (An Advantage)

Must Have Ability To Work Independently, Multitask And Manage Own Workload

Accounts Payable And Receivable Knowledge with XERO Accounting Software Knowledge desirable

Strong Organisational Skills, The Ability To Prioritise And Be Process Driven

Good Communication Skills And Phone Manner

Strong Work Ethic And A Positive, Can Do Attitude

Ability To Perform Well Under Pressure

Meticulous – Working With A Construction Team You Must Be Extremely Thorough In Your Work
